We use 12 mm plates of special grade. We do welding SPM machine. After welding side machining done on CNC turning. Various sizes of flanges and flange pitches are available.
6 holes and 4 holes angle brackets of 8mm sheet are manufactured by BH Engineers, which is available 365 days. Powder Coating service is also available as per client’s requirement.
It accurately controls the Rotavator’s blades depth. Fittment of Sheet metal component & forging component is perfect. This component can be fitted on all types of Rotavators.
We at B.H. Engineers, make two types of Rotavator link mounting bracket, they can be used on both 45°and 90° angle pipes. Sheets with thickness of 8mm and 10mm are used for its manufacturing. It is a tooled-up component and special grade of bushes are used in it. Both robotic and manual welding fixtures are used, which helps in giving accuracy and alignment in the component.
We are instrumental in manufacturing specially designed pipe clamps for rotavator. We also make pipe clamps used for scaffolding on customer’s demand. This component is designed after proper research and engineering. High grade raw material from certified vendor is used in its manufacturing, so that strength and great gripping is provided to pipe.
Our clients can avail wide ranges of rotavator side plates for Right and Left hand sides in both 8mm and 100 mm sheets. We use best grade raw material from certified vendor. For its manufacturing B.H engineers uses Fiber Laser or Plasma Cutting and CNC & VMC machines. We manufacture these side plates for both well established and local companies as per drawings and specifications. Powder coating is available on customer’s requirement.
Rotor is a main part of rotavator as blades on the rotor ploughs the soil when rotor rotates. We provide fully welded Rotor, which customer can easily assembles it with rotavator and use it in the fields. 12mm thick flanges are welded on the pipe of rotor where blades are connected. Pipes straightness and run out of rotor is thoroughly checked before and after welding respectively, so that it should work properly in rotavator.
We are engaged in manufacturing around 7-8 types of Depth Skids of various brands. E9 material is being used in the making of skids. B.H Engineers used superior quality of Raw Material for its manufacturing which makes them endurable and long lasting in nature.
